Last thursday was the Final Sting Scorpions concert at Mexico city.
It was awsome, but now, I think it's so sad :C I've realized I love James Kottak. I figure he'll be rocking us like a hurricane on stage for a few more years c':
I'll miss you so much, guys! I'll be waiting for the rockin' Scorpions again. I have faith on that c;
The concert started about 1 hour later than expected. Avalanch were the opening band ((Actually, dunno how are called those bands.)). Even if they are not so bad, people was not excited. That makes me sad, specially for the angry troll that was in front of me. He kept yelling and swearing Avalanch while they were playing. He used to said: "You motherfuckers, go away! I came here to the Scorpions concert".
I hated him >8C
Anyway, when Avalanch went away I started talking with my cousin 'bout past concerts we went to. We've been talking about that Kreator/Kotipelto/Hammerfall concert. It was hilarious! Someday I'll write about that.
Suddenly, the light go out & that powerful Schenker's guitar roared. It was "Sting in the tail". And there he was: My Kottak love (?) were beating on the stage. Also, Klaus Meine said "Buenas noches, México". He was awsome :c I'll never forget those sunglasses and that beret. (Is it called like that?)
There were 3 screens on the stage, above Kottak. Weird colored animations were played on it.
Can't remember a thing 'bout the setlist, but the official setlist says they played "Make it real", "Is there anybody there?", "The zoo" ((one of my favorites of the night)), "Coast to coast", "Loving you sunday morning". Then it was the ballad time. They played "Rythm of love", "The best is yet to come" (<3), "Send me an angel" & "Holiday", one right after the other. "Raised on Rock",
"Tease Me Please Me" & "Hit Between the Eyes" were not my favorite songs, so I don't remember a thing XDU But... after that, it was the awesomeness. It was time for "Kottak Attack", the drum solo. Oh! He'll break that drums D8 I think I got an orgasm <333~~ The last 3 songs (("Blackout", "Six String Sting","Big City Nights")) rocked on!
Klaus, Pawel, James, Rudolph & Matthias went away. That was the end announcement. We all knew it would finish soon.
Everyone in the audience started screaming for more. "Winds of change", I heard behind me, so I followed the noisy people & I started asking for "No one like you".
Klaus came back on stage & said: "Mexico city, we still loving you!". We all screamed until they started playing. Everyone's voice were heard as a single one.
"Winds of change" and then "No one like you". "MExico, there's no one like you", Klaus said. We all knew what was the next song. "Rock you like a hurricane".
That was all.
They were gone. What should we do without them?
:c My Kottak!!!
Well... That was so exciting.
I'm so happy I've been there, watching them on the stage.
I do believe the best is yet to come, as Klaus said. So I'll be waiting for that perfect moment I see them together again. c:
